What are you going to do?

 You ensure that the first contact with guests is made before their stay, you maintain this contact during the stay and even take care of the last contact after the stay. You recognize bottlenecks in the field of service (hotel-wide), you analyze these and you actively contribute to improving the service level. You do all this with your natural enthusiasm and charisma.

In addition, you are the point of contact in the event of complaints, and you are responsible for all correspondence on online review websites. Moreover, you ensure that the Minor Hotels Europe & Americas Quality Standards are complied with throughout the hotel.

What are we looking for? 

  • Your goal is to give every guest a “Timeless” experience;  

  • You are always one step ahead, and you love to exceed the guests' expectations. No is not an option for you;  

  • You get energized by interacting with colleagues and guests from different cultures, you have an open attitude, you are spontaneous and you have an eye for detail;   

  • You have a perfect command of the Dutch and English language and you have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a hotel;  

  • You are used to working on a project basis, and you are able to surprise guests in any possible way.
