Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection
As Guest Relations Manager you are the right person to exceed the expectations of guests. In this position, providing an excellent service experience for every guest is central, whereby personal contact with hotel guests is essential. You will work closely with all departments in the hotel. Moreover, you develop an extensive program for VIP guests, where you have a natural "drive" to surprise guests. You are also responsible for checking and complying with the Quality Standards set within the Minor Hotel Group. You are responsible for resolving complaints, responding to all questions and requests that guests have and you respond to all online reviews that guests post about the hotel.
