Guest Relations Intern

As a Guest Relations Intern you are the face of the Grand Hotel Amrâth Kurhaus! In this position you will be responsible for welcoming all guests to our lobby and providing extra care to our VIP guests. Your most important task is to optimize the total guest experience and provide guests with a unique and unforgettable experience. You ensure that our guests lack nothing and that our VIP guests are received in a special way. In addition, you are responsible for review management and taking on various projects to offer our guests an unforgettable experience at the Grand Hotel Amrâth Kurhaus.
