In this role, you will lead a dedicated team to welcome, assist, and delight guests 24/7- whether at the reception, over the phone, or in the lobby. You will anticipate guest needs, handle VIPs, and ensure every stay is seamless and memorable. With comprehensive training and knowledge of the hotel and Amsterdam, you’ll have the tools to make a real impact while growing your career in a dynamic, collaborative team.

Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport is a modern four-star airport hotel, conveniently located near Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam. With 281 comfortable rooms, 19 versatile meeting rooms, and one large ballroom, we host a wide range of conferences, meetings, and international events. This makes our hotel a vibrant and fast-paced environment where hospitality professionals can truly make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Welcome and attend to VIPs, anticipating their needs and personalizing their experience.
- Act as a key player in maintaining and elevating hotel service quality, identifying opportunities to exceed guest expectations.
- Chair the monthly Quality Meeting, the hotel’s main forum for aligning all departments on service standards.
- Take the lead in responding to guest feedback and online reviews, ensuring timely and professional management responses.
- Handle guest complaints effectively, demonstrating flexibility, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Serve as the hotel’s voice over the phone, directing inquiries to the right person efficiently.
- Build strong working relationships with all colleagues and departments, ensuring follow-through on all actions and initiatives.

What you bring:
- Preferably experience in front office in a large 4- or 5-star hotel;
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. Dutch or a second language is a plus;
- You are proficient in Office programs, are comfortable with a PMS system, and can quickly learn new systems;
- Problem-solving skills, the ability to easily make new contacts, a social character, and the ability to work well in a team.
