What You'll Do 

Welcome guests with a smile, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience | Provide personalized advice and information about hotel amenities and the city of Amsterdam | Support with reservations, ensuring efficient coordination of room assignments | Handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy | Collaborate with all other departments to guarantee the best service | Maintain an accurate logbook of guest interactions and requests. | Ensure delivering top quality services at all times. 

Who You Are 

An enthusiastic professional with experience in guest service, preferably in the hotel industry | Excellent communication skills and a friendly, guest-focused attitude | Proficient in multitasking, even in busy situations | Knowledge of reservation systems and Opera PMS is a plus | Thrive in a dynamic environment and have an eye for detail | Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

Nice to Have 

Passion for luxury hospitality and the desire to contribute to unforgettable experiences | Experience with different cultures and languages | Local knowledge of Amsterdam for personalized guest recommendations.
