The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic Guest Service Officer.
What are my responsibilities?
As a Guest Service Officer, you are part of our Security team and contribute to a safe and welcoming experience for guests and ambassadors. You carry out regular security rounds throughout the hotel and surrounding areas, and maintain a visible presence in the lobby across morning, evening and night shifts.
With a proactive and hospitable approach, you support guests and colleagues, identify potential risks and act when necessary. In the event of incidents or emergencies, you take responsibility for managing the situation calmly and professionally.
What makes you a perfect candidate?
You can declare a Certificate of Conduct/ Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag.
Having experience in the hospitality industry is a big plus.
You are able to communicate fluently in English and preferably Dutch (both speaking and writing).
You are flexible in working different shifts (morning, evening & night shifts) including weekend shifts.
