ABOUT THE JOB

In your position as a Service Desk Coordinator, you ensure an excellent service experience for our guests during their stay. You are the face of our apartments in Arnhem and you are the first point of contact. In short, you will be in frequent contact with our residents on a daily basis.

You work closely with our other Front Office team members on various projects, but what really needs to be in your sweet spot?

• Customer-oriented service – You are the face of our organization! With your hospitality mindset, you ensure smooth check-ins and information transfer to our residents. You quickly build a bond with our residents by happily handling feedback and requests for them.

• Safety and quality guarantee – Affinity with housekeeping is an advantage. You check our apartments before our residents arrive, assess whether they look great and then arrange the minor touch-ups. In addition, communication with housekeeping and technicians is essential, so together we keep our apartments clean, safe and comfortable.

• Organization and communication – You evaluate the state of affairs on a daily basis and, together with your colleagues, ensure good weekly planning. You also ensure that orders, malfunctions and key management are handled correctly.

• Flexibility – You will have the ability to plan your own schedule based on guest appointments, check-ins, maintenance and housekeeping appointments, and more.
