As Head of Technical Services, you will be responsible for all the technical maintenance of the hotel. You are someone who is not only handy, but also sociable and whizzing through our hotel and Convention Centre. Even when things go wrong. Or rather: just when things go wrong, because that is when you are at your best. You work neatly, precisely and do what you promise. You take care of technical maintenance, involving small and medium-sized repairs. It's nice if you know who to contact for large technical installations. You plan, check and perform preventive maintenance. You take care of repair requests and are ready for maintenance questions. You are the point of contact for suppliers and know who to contact internally to find the right solutions. You are of the caliber “no bullshit but polish”. We call that attention with impact.

This is who you are:

You are an experienced technical worker. You have been practicing this great profession for a while. You also have experience managing and complying with maintenance contracts and make sure everything is addressed on time.
You are stress resistant: when something goes wrong you become cheerful instead of panicking. After all, that's the moment when you can show how creative you are and how cleverly you solve everything.
Of course, you are completely up to date with the laws and regulations. For example, you know all about legionella control, HACCP, MVP, NEN Standards, BHV, RI&E and ARBO.
Speaking of BHV...if you have a BHV diploma we consider that a plus.
You don't mind working a little longer sometimes when a problem needs to be solved. If there is a major breakdown at quarter to five, there is not a hair on your head that thinks about going home fifteen minutes later.
