As Hospitality Manager you are responsible for the Food and Beverage. You know how to switch well between giving attention to guests, but also gather information from the F&B Supervisors and support your team so that together with you they can pamper the guests completely. Attention with impact is what we call it. Whether it's a large conference with dinner for 1200 guests, or a small meeting. You have final responsibility for the restaurant, banqueting and bar. You switch effortlessly between leisure guests and people who book business with us. You have a relaxed and positive way of leading. You are at your best in situations where you have to come up with smart solutions quickly.
