What are my responsibilities? 

Cima is a rooftop spot with a Mexican pulse and a taste for trouble. Sunsets over the city, taptails with a twist and bites that match the drinks. Your energy on the floor is part of the show. You read the table, set the pace and make sure every guest feels part of something special. 

As a Host(ess) at Cima Rooftop Bar, you will be part of a dynamic team high above the city. You will: 

• Welcome guests with warmth and set the tone for their CIMA experience from the very first moment.

• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists with calm efficiency.

• Handle phone and guest enquiries with clarity and confidence.

• Work closely with the team to keep service seamless.

• Support VIP arrivals, large bookings, and special events

• Bring CIMA’s hospitality standards to life in every interaction

We are looking for a person with a love for food and who brings personal style to every experience. You are always looking to explore the places one would not find in a travel guide. To be eligible for this position you… 

• have previous hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience

• are friendly, outgoing, and professional have demeanor.

• have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• have an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• have a passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. 

• Speak Spanish! Spanish is a strong plus; English/Spanish bilingual ability is highly valued.
