De Pijp is a great area to explore – from the well-kept Sarphatipark to the famous Albert Cuyp Market, as well as a wide variety of terraces and culinary hotspots. The hotel is well connected by public transport: tram 3 will take you directly to Museumplein, and tram 4 goes straight to Rembrandtplein, Dam Square, and Central Station.

What Will You Do as Assistant Manager?

As Assistant Manager, you are the right hand of the Hotel Manager and play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations at Hotel Atlantis. You’ll be responsible for leading the team, maintaining high service standards, and enhancing the overall guest experience. With your leadership and organizational skills, you’ll help ensure that both guests and staff feel welcome and valued.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing operational support to the team when needed;

• Responding to guest feedback and preferences in a way that aligns with the hotel’s character;

• Actively contributing ideas for improvements to the location managers;

• Overseeing the work of the external housekeeping company;

• Handling administrative tasks.
