Then the position of Hotel Operations Manager at Hotel de Hallen and Apartments De Hallen in Amsterdam is the job for you!
As a Hotel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the entire operation of Hotel de Hallen and Apartments De Hallen, from conducting performance reviews with staff to providing service to guests. You'll work hands-on with your team, guiding, coaching, and motivating them to ensure the highest level of hospitality for our guests. Creating a safe and pleasant work environment at Hotel de Hallen is also part of your role.
You'll work towards maintaining a high level of service in the hotel, ensuring that every guest experiences the ultimate Vondel Hotels experience. Administrative tasks such as scheduling, timekeeping, and inventory management are also part of the Hotel Operations Manager's responsibilities.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
A market-based salary;
Travel allowance if you live more than 10 km from work;
Enjoy 8% holiday pay and 25 paid holidays (based on 38 hours per week);

Receive 110% of your salary when you work in a different hotel than usual;
You will receive 110% of your salary when you work a shift in a department other than your usual one;
Benefit from 110% of your salary on last-minute shifts (within 24 hours), and combine this bonus if you work at a different location. Count your winnings!
