Highland Group is looking for Housekeeping Attendants, starting june 1st. Highland Group is a family-owned business that owns six successful boutique hotels in the center of Amsterdam. As of September 1st, Mister Highland has become part of the Highland Group. Mister Highland is a charming and historic 17th-century townhouse located in the center of Amsterdam, featuring typical Amsterdam ceilings and oak beams in one of the oldest parts of the city. It offers comfortable and clean accommodation for holidaymakers and business guests on a limited budget.

What will you do as a Housekeeping Attendant?

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining rooms and public areas within our hotel. You play a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant stay for our guests by providing a clean and fresh environment.

Your tasks include:

•          Cleaning and making up hotel rooms according to established standards and procedures.

•          Cleaning public areas such as corridors and the lobby.

•          Replacing bedding, towels, and toiletries.

•          Clearing away garbage and waste.

•          Reporting any damage or defects to the supervisor.

•          Adhering to regulations while carrying out cleaning duties.

What do we ask of you at Highland Group?

•          No specific work experience required, but experience in the cleaning industry is a plus.

•          Reliability and accuracy in performing tasks.

•          Team player with good communication skills.

•          Flexibility and availability to work weekends according to a flexible schedule.

•          Good command of the English language; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
