About the job

As a Housekeeping Manager, you are the one who ensures that the entire hotel is neat and tidy. You manage the Housekeeping team in their daily work, you ensure that there is sufficient stock and that the right resources are available. You also create the schedules for all your team members. In addition:

• Monitor the progress and quality of execution of the work;
• You are responsible for personnel registration, hours and holiday planning, etc.;
• You always check the cleaned rooms and ensure that they look perfect for the guests;
• You are the point of contact for the suppliers and you ensure that we do not lack anything in the operation;
• Make sure that any bottlenecks can be resolved;
• You are a positive person and you know how to motivate the team!

About you

• You have at least two years of experience in a similar managing role withing a housekeeping team;
• You are able to lead an international team;
• You have a good eye for detail;
• You think in solutions instead of problems and are stress resistant;
• You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English, an additional language is always a bonus;
• You are flexible in working hours and days.
