Contract: 32 - 40 hours per week (4 or 5 days)
Start Salary: €2.894 - 3.250 gross per month (based on full-time and experience)

THE ROLE
As Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for the complete cleaning and housekeeping operations across all Twin Peaks Hospitality properties. You are a natural leader with an eye for detail, ensuring flawless execution of cleaning and quality standards. You will manage 2 supervisors and approximately 20 team members.

You will work alongside a dynamic, international, and ambitious team that strives every day for top-quality service and hospitality at the highest level. In time, you are expected to become part of the Management Team, contributing to strategic decisions and overall business operations.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure optimal staffing levels across all outlets
Manage leave requests and monitor plus/minus hours effectively
Lead, inspire, and coach employees
Conduct interviews and select new team members
Approve training, promotion, and termination proposals
Guarantee and consistently apply cleaning and quality standards
Evaluate and optimise workflows and procedures
Coordinate operational matters with other departments
Ensure sufficient and appropriate materials, equipment, and tools are available
Request quotations and negotiate terms with suppliers
Handle and resolve guest complaints
Build and maintain relationships with regular guests, suppliers, and key stakeholders
