To strengthen our housekeeping team, we are looking for an energetic, motivated, and experienced supervisor to lead our cleaning team together with a direct colleague.

Your role

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily coordination of the housekeeping team. You will ensure that all rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean and presentable. You are a team player with an eye for detail, able to motivate and guide your colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily cleaning activities

• Assign rooms and tasks to team members

• Perform quality checks and ensure hygiene standards are met

• Train, onboard, and support (new) team members

• Communicate with the front desk about room status and special requests

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
