About the role

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily coordination and quality control within the housekeeping department. Together with your team, you ensure our rooms, suites and public areas are always impeccable.

You motivate and guide your colleagues, keeping a close eye on the high standards expected of a 5-star hotel. You work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and act as a key contact for both your team and other hotel departments.

What will you do?

• Coordinate and supervise housekeeping staff and interns on a daily basis

• Inspect rooms, suites and public areas to guarantee cleanliness and quality

• Support in scheduling and task assignments in collaboration with the Housekeeping Manager

• Train, coach and develop team members

• Ensure compliance with procedures, hygiene and safety regulations

• Work closely with Front Office and Technical Service to ensure seamless guest experiences
