For our beautiful hotel in Maastricht, we are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor! Are you someone who likes to roll up your sleeves and enjoys a clean and well-maintained environment? Then we are looking for you to strengthen our team!
What will you do?
As a true leader, you will coordinate the daily cleaning activities and supervise the progress, ensuring that all rooms and public areas meet our high cleaning standards. Do you spot a missed corner? Then you address your team about it and make sure your team takes care of it. You also play an important role in training and developing your team so they can always provide the top-quality service our hotel guests deserve! You regularly inspect the areas, report any maintenance needs, and ensure the stock levels remain adequate. You report to and work closely with the Housekeeping Manager. You are indispensable because you contribute to a hygienic and pleasant environment for both guests and your colleagues, and we highly appreciate that!
Where will you do this?
Since 1902, our hotel has been a landmark in Maastricht. A national monument in Art Nouveau style located in the heart of Maastricht opposite the Central Station! The hotel features 149 luxury rooms and suites, as well as an indoor swimming pool, restaurant, cozy bar, a wide range of meeting rooms, and an underground parking garage. Additionally, we serve delicious and exquisite culinary creations in our Grand Restaurant.
Our hotel is part of Amrâth Hotels. Amrâth Hotels consists of 12 three-, four-, and five-star hotels in the Netherlands. Our hotels are located in unique and central locations from Maastricht to Alkmaar. They are characterized by comfort, personal service, and a unique character.
Job Requirements
You have experience in housekeeping.
You have some experience in a supervisory role or you are fully committed to developing yourself in this area.
You have the ability to inspire and motivate a team, while order and cleanliness come naturally to you.
You have a good command of Dutch and/or English. Do you speak an extra language? ¡Muy bien, sehr gut!
