For our beautiful hotel in Maastricht, we are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor! Are you someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment? Then we would love to welcome you to our team!

What will you be doing?

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you are the driving force behind the scenes, ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional stay. Your responsibilities are varied and include:

Supporting the Executive Housekeeper and preparing staff schedules in their absence.
Handling daily administrative tasks, such as approving working hours and processing productivity reports.
Working alongside the housekeeping team, carrying out cleaning tasks including dusting furniture and light fixtures, mopping floors, and disinfecting bathrooms and sanitary facilities.
Managing the linen inventory and training and onboarding new team members.
Leading the housekeeping team during your shifts while monitoring progress and maintaining our high quality standards.

You play an essential role in creating a clean, hygienic, and pleasant environment for both our guests and your colleagues at our hotel in Maastricht.

Who are we looking for?

You have experience in housekeeping.
You have some experience in a supervisory role, or you are highly motivated to develop yourself into one.
You have the ability to inspire and motivate a team, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
You have a good command of Dutch and/or English. Do you speak an additional language? ¡Muy bien, sehr gut!

A competitive salary in accordance with the Dutch Hospitality Collective Labour Agreement (Hospitality CAO), Housekeeping II reference function, based on your experience.
