As an Independent Chef, you are responsible for preparing dishes according to recipes and planning. You work closely with the sous chef and head chef to ensure consistent quality. You take care of mise-en-place, monitor stock levels, and contribute ideas for new menu items.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Preparing and plating dishes according to recipes and planning

• Ensuring the quality, freshness, and presentation of dishes

• Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies as needed

• Applying HACCP guidelines and maintaining a clean workspace

• Contributing ideas for kitchen improvements and new menu items
