Your Key Contributions to Memorable Stays
As a Cook you contribute to the 'Timeless' experience of the guest through the preparation of dishes. You are expected to prepare dishes according to Tivoli recipes and occasionally according to your own recipes. You prepare dishes by means of à la minute cooking methods and according to the Tivoli standards regarding ingredients, recipes, working methods, and presentation. In addition, you are responsible for planning your daily activities and ordering ingredients and other stock replenishments. You monitor compliance with health & safety regulations and are responsible for cleaning your own workstation.
