Who are we looking for for Rooftop One Bar of Motel One Rotterdam?

Are you good at welcoming people, do you enjoy hosting and do you have a passion for the hotel industry, then you have come to the right place. You have the chance of a scoop, we are looking for a talented F&B Manager for our designer Rooftop One Bar with roof terrace who is keen to provide the best service in the only Skybar in Rotterdam. We also expect you to enjoy working in multicultural teams and be willing to work in different times, so that our guests can have a pleasant stay.

Furthermore, you are flexible, creative and never lose the overview in stressful situations. In addition, you are approachable and always give priority to a perfect service to the guests both during breakfast and in the bar shifts.

You like to take responsibility and enjoy coaching, challenging and stimulating those who work with you in your team. You have excellent social skills, are an experienced leader and constantly strive to develop your employees and also help them in their development.
