NH Conference Centre Leeuwenhorst is one of the largest conference hotels in the Netherlands, with 513 rooms. About the Role
You are the face of the hotel. You share responsibility for delivering an exceptional experience to every guest. After a training period, you’ll independently handle check-ins and check-outs, as well as perform all administrative tasks necessary to successfully manage the hotel’s Front Office. You’ll maintain close contact with guests, answer their questions, and provide a wide range of information. You’ll also develop skills in upselling and complaint handling.

What We’re Looking For
You have an open personality and thrive on working with (international) guests. You’re detail-oriented and have excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written. Your goal is to ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
