nhow Amsterdam RAI is a social and multicultural hub for globetrotters, business travelers, and Amsterdam locals. The iconic building, facing the various wind directions, symbolizes the melting pot the city of Amsterdam has always been and continues to be. The impressive 91-metre-tall building is located in the Zuidas district, right next to the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, offering its guests a dynamic headquarters and home base.

For this iconic social hub, we are looking for a Meeting & Events Intern who is enthusiastic, proactive, and is ready to take part in a dynamic design hotel. The hotel has 10 modern meeting spaces located on the 23rd and 24th floor, with stunning 360° views of Amsterdam. In collaboration with the Amsterdam RAI Convention Centre, we help facilitate smaller team meetings, presentations, after-parties, social gathering, product launches, and much more. The Meeting & Events Operations team, or Banqueting team as we call it, is small but mighty and it consists of Banqueting Manager, two Supervisors, 2 full-time waiters, and a team of flex-pool colleagues.

What makes you the perfect fit for this bold journey?

You are currently enrolled in hospitality management, events, or similar course and this internship is required by your school;
A good command of English;

You can work independently as well as in a team and you have a guest-oriented attitude;

You are stress resistant, you have good communication skills and you have a flexible attitude in terms of working hours and work pressure;

In addition, you are innovative, resourceful, have a commercial attitude and are available for at least 4 months.
