No experience? No problem! At Conscious Hotels and Hotel V, it’s all about enthusiasm, curiosity, and a positive attitude. We’re happy to teach you everything you need to know on the job.

All we ask from you is that you:

• Are enrolled at a recognized educational institution (MBO or HBO);

• Are eager to learn and excited to join a fun and professional team.

If you’re eager to get hands-on experience in operations, we have the following exciting internships starting from February (or earlier/later by arrangement)!

Front Office (MBO & HBO): Be the face of one of our hotels and ensure a seamless, inspiring, and unforgettable stay for our guests.
All-round F&B (MBO & HBO): Deliver an amazing dining experience for our guests and learn to anticipate their wishes and expectations perfectly.
Culinary internship (MBO 2&3): From Eggs Royale to côte de boeuf – if you love cooking and want to master it, this is the place for you.
F&B Management Trainee (HBO): As a Management Trainee at Hotel V & The Lobby, you’ll join daily operations and work with our management team on exciting projects.

Prefer to work behind the scenes rather than in the spotlight? We also offer great internships starting from February (or earlier/later by arrangement)!

Finance (HBO): Develop your financial skills within the dynamic hospitality industry.
Marketing (HBO): Dive into creating engaging content and campaigns for our sustainable hotels, restaurants, and coffee bars.
Sales & Events (HBO): Support the Event Manager with sales, planning, and organizing various events such as weddings, presentations, and product launches.
Project Management (HBO): Contribute to developing new hotels, maintaining the quality of our current properties, strategic planning, and sustainability projects.
Styling (HBO): Immerse yourself in the exciting world of hotel styling and help create spaces that inspire and amaze.
Reservations (HBO): Take care of guests at all Conscious Hotels & Hotel V locations; answer questions, help make the perfect reservation, and happily arrange special requests.
IT (HBO): Want to be the go-to person for all tech questions in our sustainable hotels? Join Conscious Group and boost your IT skills in a fun working environment!
