Junior Hotel Manager Rotterdam & Amsterdam - Amsterdam

Your first management job, in a hotel that's no ordinary hotel.

Hotel Not Hotel is looking for a Junior Hotel Manager. Someone with drive, who'd rather be on the floor than behind a desk and wants to learn the trade from the inside. Your base is our hotel in Rotterdam, but you work for both hotels. You'll regularly be in Amsterdam and stay in close contact with the team there. We decide the split together.

What you'll do

All-round and truly hands-on. No two days are the same.

• You're the point of contact on the floor for guests, hosts and housekeeping

• You help new hosts find their way and keep the team sharp

• You make sure the hotel is ready at 15:00 as if it's the grand opening

• You solve problems before a guest notices them

• You learn to create schedules and plan in MEWS
