Junior Sous Chef - Amsterdam

Within restaurant Mme Coco, located in the WestCord Fashion Hotel in Amsterdam, we are looking for a motivated Junior Sous Chef.

As Junior Sous Chef you function as an experienced independent working cook. You have excellent cooking skills and can independently run part of the kitchen. You have an eye for quality, taste, efficiency and are familiar with the HACCP guidelines.

At Mme Coco you will get the opportunity to develop yourself further: we will teach you how to lead, so that within a few years you can advance to the role of Sous Chef. Don't have a leermeester-diploma yet? No problem, you will obtain this in the short term. You are organized, proactive and enjoy working within a team. You have extensive product knowledge and have experience with menu development.
