For the Maritim Hotel Amsterdam, we are looking for a kitchen assistant who gets excited about supporting the kitchen team and working in a dynamic, varied environment. Are you eager to learn and would you like to help serve the finest dishes and best buffets? Then we are looking for you!
Within the Maritim Hotel Amsterdam, we have 4 restaurants. Our luxury buffet restaurant with live cooking station, Restaurant Loef, where we serve breakfast for our hotel guests, lunch and dinner for (banqueting) groups.
Our Japanese concept, restaurant Kazue in which we serve the most delicious Japanese dishes using natural products.
Our Austrian concept, the Wiener Café, also known as the hotel’s living room. Here guests can go for a-la-carte breakfast, lunch, dinner and enjoy dishes with an Austrian twist or a delicious sweet with a cup of coffee.
And last but not least, our fine-dining restaurant, restaurant Noord, which can be found on our 32nd floor. In restaurant Noord we work with local products under the guise of “what you see is what you get”.

Maritim Hotel Amsterdam is located in the lively Overhoeks district in the centre of Amsterdam, the perfect location for exploring everything the city has to offer. A 33-storey building in Amsterdam's skyline, the iconic building on the IJ River will have a total of 52000 square metres, with 579 bedrooms spread across different categories but all with breathtaking views of the city, including a 340-square-metre presidential suite on the 31st floor.
The hotel's grand ballroom can accommodate 2,142 people, and a second ballroom has space for another 1,035. Other conference rooms of various sizes make the offer a total package. The facilities on the first three floors are large enough to accommodate a total of 4,400 delegates. Moreover, guests and locals alike can enjoy international and national cuisine in six different restaurants and bars, including a sky bar with stunning views of Amsterdam.
