THE POSITION

We’re searching for an enthusiastic independent Kitchen Steward that enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace and an international team.
In the hotel, we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As well as lunches and dinners for groups, for our staff canteen and we have two meeting rooms on the 1st floor. Our restaurant, Express Café & Bar Noord, is located on the ground floor of the hotel and has 60 covers. For our lunch and dinner menu, we work together with local suppliers from Amsterdam Noord. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As Kitchen Steward, you will work closely with the Kitchen and you will be responsible for:

• Support the kitchen team in ensuring efficient and effective cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Maintain the company standards and legal requirements of cleanliness of all materials: cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, floors and tiles, refrigerators and storage areas.
• Ensure all standard checklists are used as prescribed.
• Assist with storage of delivered items.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Are passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.
• Are team-player and guest oriented.
• Speak excellent English.
• Experience in Hospitality is a plus.
