Your role:

As Maintenance Manager, you are responsible for the maintenance of the building. You ensure the management, continuity, and optimization of all technical systems, contracts, and facilities. You lead the maintenance team and support the operational departments.

Is this you?

• HBO level of education, preferably in a technical field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Excellent leadership qualities and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decisiveness.
• Experience in budget management and project management.
• Hands-on mentality, willing to roll up your sleeves to solve problems.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English language.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining all technical installations and systems within the hotel
• Managing all service contracts and service level agreements
• Planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance
• Leading and developing the maintenance team
• Developing maintenance plans and budgets, and ensuring compliance with them
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, fire safety, and regulations
• Building and maintaining relationships with local partners
• A supportive role during the building's delivery
• Responsible for managing the landscaping around the building
