Technical Skills: Proficiency in maintenance tasks related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general facility repairs. Knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving issues is essential.

Experience: Previous experience in a maintenance or technician role is preferred. Relevant hands-on experience contributes to problem-solving abilities.

Language skills: Proficiency in English and Dutch may be required (but not necessary) to communicate effectively with external companies and understand safety protocols.
