Located at the Keizersgracht, in the heart of the Nine Streets neighborhood is Amsterdam’s best kept secret: The Dylan Amsterdam. A 5-star luxury boutique hotel where we offer sincere and personal service and create memorable experiences for our guests. A historical environment with 41 unique hotel rooms, 4 private rooms for meetings & events and three restaurants: Bar Brasserie OCCO, Two Michelin star awarded Restaurant Vinkeles, and the smallest fine-dining restaurant in The Netherlands, até.

As a Linen Room and Public Areas employee, you will be responsible for the management and distribution of linen, washing and ironing of company clothing and fine guest laundry. You will check linen for damage and perform minor repairs, both by hand and with a sewing machine. You also take care of the cleaning and maintenance of hallways, storage areas, dressing rooms and adjacent staff areas. Thanks to your efforts, all departments contribute to the welcoming and well-kept appearance of our hotel.

Who are you?

- You have relevant work experience within a similar role.

- You have knowledge of various cleaning products, textiles and materials.

- You are physically fit and like to roll up your sleeves.

- You can perform minor repairs by hand or sewing machine.

- You work independently and in a structured manner, but also function well as part of a team.

- You remain calm and efficient under pressure.

- You have an eye for detail and find hygiene important.

- You speak English, Dutch is an advantage.
