Hotel Amsterdam and Brasserie De Roode Leeuw has been located at a stone's throw from Dam Square for more than 100 years; a renowned name in Amsterdam and far beyond.
Our prime and central location on the Damrak makes for a vibrant workplace where no two days are the same.
We are looking for a reservations employee, that can switch effortlessly between making reservations for our dinner show, to a group booking in our hotel. Who will check our daily hotel reservations and follows this up with a custom made proposal for a meeting with the same ease.
What will you be doing:
· Handling phone and email and answering questions
· Draft proposals and offers for both hotel and restaurant requests
· Process (group) reservations for the hotel, brasserie and our dinner show Le Petit Chef
· Liaise with our Front Office Employees and Revenu Manager for reservations
For this position, we are looking for an availability of 24 hours and minimum of 4 days, where the schedule is free to discuss.

We are looking for someone who:
· Works in a structured and meticulous manner
· Can easily find his/her way around reservations systems and MS office
· Is pro-active and eager to learn
· Proficient and correct in communication
