Are you someone who always goes for the WOW factor for our guests? Then don’t wait any longer and apply for Night Auditor.

PREMIER SUITES Rotterdam combines the style and hospitality of a 4-star hotel with luxuriously designed apartments.

Our aparthotel is proud to hold a strong 8.9 review score on Booking.com, placing us among the top-rated accommodations in Rotterdam. Thanks to our central location in the city centre, directly opposite Rotterdam Central Station, both business, shopping, and entertainment districts are easily accessible. PREMIER SUITES Rotterdam is therefore the ideal place for both short and long stays in the city. To expand our team of top performers, we are looking for a candidate whose character and personality fit within our enthusiastic, guest-focused, and young team.

As Night Auditor, you are the face of the hotel during the night hours and the main point of contact for our guests overnight. You welcome late arrivals, handle check-ins and check-outs, and assist guests with questions or requests. You also process reservations and support daily administrative tasks.

You are responsible for the night audit and the correct closing of the day, including cash control and financial reporting. You ensure the safety of the hotel during the night and provide a smooth handover to the day team. You work independently, accurately, and with a strong focus on hospitality.

Are you our new colleague and do you have the following?

  • Experience in a guest- or customer-facing role (reception experience is required, preferably as a Night Auditor)

  • A guest-oriented, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude

  • Solid computer skills (Word, Excel); knowledge of Opera Cloud is an advantage

  • Availability to work night shifts, mainly on Fridays and Saturdays.

  • Dutch language skills are not required; English proficiency is sufficient.

What do we offer you?

  • Participation in professional training programs, including guest service, complaint handling, and first aid (BHV)

  • Being part of a young, enthusiastic, and guest-focused team

  • A market-competitive salary according to the KHN Horeca CAO

  • Working at a fantastic location right in the vibrant heart of Rotterdam

  • Free use of our in-house gym

  • The opportunity to work within an international hospitality environment with hotels and serviced apartments in Belgium, the Netherlands, Ireland, and the United Kingdom
