• Acting as the point of contact for guest questions and complaints

• Preparing and setting up breakfast service
• Performing security and control rounds
• Ensuring a safe environment for guests
• Completing end-of-day procedures
• Previous experience as a hotel receptionist is required
• Hospitable and professional in appearance and communication
• Able to work independently and take responsibility
• Available for part-time or full-time employment
• Good English communication skills
