In your role you support the pre-opening team of De Plesman with various tasks. You will be looking after the operation of De Plesman Residences, our serviced apartments, working with the guest experience team planning, the pre-opening and participating in strategic meetings and workshops.

Your responsibilities:

• Reservations & Reception: manage reservations and check-ins/outs for De Plesman Residences
• Sales support: follow up on sales leads and conduct site visits
• Stakeholder management: maintain communication with the residents
• Operational coordination: organization of housekeeping and maintenance activities
• Operational design & support: support selecting OS&E, and designing operational manuals (e.g. SOP’s)

This is why you are the best fit:

Degree: You are currently following a HBO study

Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Skills:

• Knowledge of Mews and other hospitality systems is welcomed but not mandatory
• Familiar with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• You have an affinity for the hospitality industry
