Our hotel in Breda has taken on a new, meaningful purpose. Whereas we used to welcome guests from all over the world, we now provide housing for status holders — people who had to leave their homes and are building a new future here.
Hospitality remains at the heart of everything we do. We ensure structure, calm, and a safe environment where residents feel welcome and heard. For our small and dedicated team, we are looking for a colleague with a strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and an eye for both people and facility management processes.
What Will You Do?
In this versatile role, you will be a key link within our location. You will maintain oversight, support daily operations, and ensure that the location runs smoothly both practically and organizationally.
Your tasks will include:
Performing Duty tasks and coordinating daily operations.
Supervising rooms and common areas and carrying out inspections.
Identifying and addressing facility issues, malfunctions, and maintenance requests.
Maintaining contact with external suppliers and technical parties.
Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized location.
Acting as the point of contact for residents, colleagues, and the COA.
Contributing to a pleasant, respectful, and safe living environment.
Supporting operational and facility improvements on site.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who can combine hospitality with organizational insight and a hands-on mentality. You are someone who enjoys taking responsibility, thinking ahead, and thrives in a dynamic work environment.
You are:
Experienced in hospitality, facilities, operations, or a similar role.
Practical and able to switch quickly between tasks.
Communicative and socially skilled.
Stress-resistant, reliable, and solution-oriented.
Able to work with different cultures and adapt to various situations.
Someone who works independently but is also a true team player.
Flexible — no day is the same here.
Possession of a certified First Aid & Emergency Response (BHV) qualification is a plus.

A gross monthly salary between €2,500 and €2,700 based on a full-time 38-hour workweek, depending on experience.
