THE POSITION

Odyssey Hotel Group is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Operational Management Intern to join the team. The intern will work directly with the operational management team and it involves overseeing and coordinating the various operational activities to ensure the smooth running of the organization. The role is based in the head office, providing support and guidance to the wider team.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the company.
• Developing and implementing operational processed and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Analysing financial and operational data to identity areas for improvement.
• Creating and implementing performance metrics to measure and track progress.
• Working closely with department heads to ensure smooth running of operations.
• Managing projects and ensuring project timelines are met.
• Managing and developing a team of operational staff.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

• Pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
