Leonardo Hotels , one of Europe’s fastest‑growing hospitality groups, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Paralegal – Legal Operations to strengthen its international in‑house Legal Department. In this role, you will support a dynamic team operating across multiple European jurisdictions, ensuring smooth legal processes, consistent governance standards, and efficient coordination of legal matters throughout the organization. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment and enjoys combining legal expertise with operational excellence.
Operations to support its in-house Legal Department, which operates across multiple locations in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal and operational support to a distributed in-house Legal Department across Europe
Assist with drafting, reviewing, and coordinating legal documents and contracts, primarily in English
Support the management of transactions, including coordination of documentation, signatures, and closing materials
Manage corporate records, including shareholders’ registers, directors’ registers, group structure charts, and statutory documentation
Prepare, manage, and maintain Powers of Attorney, including coordination of execution and record-keeping
Support corporate governance and internal legal processes
Assist with KYC and due diligence processes, including collection, review, and organization of documentation
Coordinate and manage invoices from external law firms and advisors
Maintain legal files, databases, and internal reporting
Communicate and collaborate remotely with legal, finance, and business teams across Europe
Requirements
Legal education (LLB or equivalent)
High-level proficiency in English, written and verbal
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of tasks
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
High level of motivation, proactivity, and a “hands-on” mindset
Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a remote, cross-border, and multicultural environment
Knowledge of additional languages - an advantage
Previous experience in a paralegal, legal operations, or in-house legal support role
Experience working with external law firms or international organizations
