You are accountable and resilient. Besides that, even at night, you are that cheerful and hospitable team member who takes care of a perfect first impression behind the reception of Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. You ensure an unforgettable welcome and goodbye to our guests and oversees their safety and the safety of your colleagues.

Besides that, you and your colleagues will contribute to even more hotel awards, such as the World Travel Awards and the Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards.

What else are you going to do? We will explain it shortly, but we are more than willing to tell you more about it in a conversation.

Together with your colleagues, you take of our guest every night. Of course, you provide an efficient and unique check-in and check-out to our guests and you are always there to assist them and help them solve any potential complaints. Besides that, you ensure a safe environment for our guests and your colleagues by conducting security checks, interfere and follow the correct safety procedures when necessary. Lastly, you are responsible for the night audits, which you complete together with the Night Auditor and you supervise the entire shift.

Do you recognize yourself as our Part-time Night Manager? Then we are looking for you!

Besides an enthusiastic personality you are available 3 or 4 nights a week and you are / you have;

• Preferably experience as Receptionist, Night Auditor or Night Manager
• A great sense of responsibility and a ‘Hands on’ mentality
• A hospitable attitude and great up sell skills
• Communicative skills in English
• Flexible to work 3 or 4 nights a week
