Contract: Fulltime based on 5 days per week

Work Hours: between 6 am and 2 pm

THE ROLE

You have a great passion for the world of pastry and devour cookbooks and recipes. You work closely with our experienced Pastry Chef and are capable of working independently. Together with the Pastry Chef, you are responsible for creating new desserts and making all pastries (biscuits, pastries, chocolates, cakes, etc.). Additionally, you occasionally assist with breakfast when needed. You are highly motivated and continuously strive to develop and improve your skills. With a creative mindset, you lead by example, remain calm under pressure, and thrive on the daily challenges that come with working in a professional kitchen.

Brasserie Harry’s is located since 1912 in a historic building in Wyck, Maastricht. It boasts a vibrant dining room and a large open kitchen. The bar area welcomes guests on a walk-in basis for lunch and dinner, and is open continuously for a good glass of wine or cocktail. The weekly changing seasonal menu highlights the restaurant’s connection with its own garden, as well as local farms and purveyors.
