Position Overview:

As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas within the hotel. This includes lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other shared spaces. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and is dedicated to creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, and restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust public spaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Ensure all public areas are well-stocked with amenities and supplies.
• Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs in public areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or inquiries related to public areas.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain a cohesive and clean environment.
• Uphold the hotel's cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in set-up and breakdown of special events or functions in public areas.

Requirements:

*Kindly note that the position is available for English or Dutch speaking candidates

*Applicants must have an EU working permit



• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
