Hotel Catalonia Vondel in Amsterdam is looking for a colleague if:

Reception employee

What will you do in this varied and exciting position as a full-time employee in Amsterdam:

Processing reservations and checking in and out of guests, answering questions. you and the team are always ready for our guests. No day is the same!

You are organizationally strong, know what has priority and can switch quickly. You are collegial and can communicate clearly to both guests and colleagues.

You never fall out of your role as host/hostess, even in difficult situations.

We are looking for an employee who can do all 3 shifts.

Morning from 07:00 to 15:00

Evening from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Night 23:00 to 07:00

You are not only solution-oriented, social and service-oriented, but you also offer a listening ear to our guests.

You speak fluent English, both spoken and written, and are flexible in use.

You find it important that guests have a carefree and pleasant stay and, where you cannot solve the problem yourself, you try to arrange it as best as possible.
