What will you be doing?

You are the point of contact for our guests and provide them with all the information they need. You'll help guests check-in, tell them which highlights they really shouldn't miss, and ask them if you can reserve a table for them at one of your many recommendations in the city. In the meantime, you get a call from a guest who wants to reserve a room for next week. No problem, you will take care of that. You notice that the next guests are ready to check out, so you help them immediately. You're dying to know how they experienced their time with us. You take their suitcases, so they can hop into town before they leave. They tell you that they won’t be long. You love your job! This is what you live for!

The 4**** Holiday Inn - Eindhoven is just a few minutes walk from the central station. The hotel with 207 rooms is a place to enjoy and relax. In no time at all, you are in the bustling center of Eindhoven, the PSV Stadium, and Strijp-S with, among other things, the imposing Philips Klokgebouw. An All-Day Dining Restaurant, Bar The Living, and six meeting rooms are part of the hotel. Holiday Inn is a brand of IHG and part of Black Label Hospitality.

Who are you?

• You have experience as a receptionist at a hotel.
• You are a happy-maker at heart; super-enthusiastic, representative and proactive.
• You like to work in a team, but rolling up your sleeves and working on your own is also no problem for you.
• You put the guest first; you always want to offer the best service and experience.
• You speak fluent Dutch and English. Do you also speak (some) French, German or Spanish? Then we are very happy with that!
• You live in the Eindhoven region.

What can you expect from us?

• A full-time contract (with an intention to extend).
• A gross salary starting at € 2.298,64 per month (based on full-time employment).
