From discovering new opportunities to strengthening existing partnerships as Leisure Sales Manager, you take the lead in managing and growing leisure sales across all Revo Hospitality Group hotels in the Netherlands. You’ll have full ownership of your market, with the freedom to make your mark, build the right connections, and turn potential into results.

Be limitless
Your day-to-day includes visiting (potential) partners, presenting our hotels, facilities, and packages, and preparing tailored proposals, pricing, and quotations. You make sure every customer sees the full potential of what we have to offer. Always with the goal of generating more bookings and lasting partnerships. Whether you’re at a trade fair, meeting clients on-site, or simply stopping by with a thoughtful gesture or good conversation, you know how to create impact. With no limits to your abilities, you bring our hotels to the forefront of the leisure market. In addition, you will be:
  • Developing and implementing a strategic leisure sales plan aligned with overall regional goals
  • Looking for a pursuing new business opportunities in both domestic and international leisure markets.
  • Working closely with revenue and marketing teams to align pricing, promotions, and positioning.
  • Managing a portfolio of key leisure accounts and tour operators, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Strengthen and grow account relationships through regular communication, meetings, and networking.
  • Monitoring account performance and proactively identify opportunities to increase market share.
  • Building trust-based relationships with clients, agents, and key travel partners
  • Acting as a passionate ambassador of our hotels, understanding each property's unique selling points
  • Collaborating with the on-property teams and other departments to deliver on sales objectives
  • Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing with regular sales updates, forecasts, and market insights
  • Maintaining and updating sales tools including CRM, masterlists, and reports.

In this position, you will work for all Revo Hospitality Group Hotels. Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.

That's a plus, because we like people who not only see opportunities, but also know how to seize them. You must have:
  • Fluent written and spoken knowledge of the English language, and preferably the Dutch language as well.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality sales.
  • Understanding of the Dutch and European leisure travel market
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You are a natural relationship builder
 
We offer

  • A monthly gross salary of between €3.377 and €4.368 in accordance with scale 9 of the Collective Labour Agreement for the Dutch hospitality and catering industry.
  • A contract of 38 hours per week.

  • A travel allowance up to €200 per month, on the basis of the actual number of kilometres.
