At Quentin Hotels we try to create extraordinary experiences for our guests. We are looking for a motivated Reputation Manager who can help us achieve our goals.

As a Reputation Manager, you are responsible for managing all things related to guest satisfaction, online reviews, implementing improvements, and much more. 


Some of your tasks are to...

  • Monitor and control online reviews on all channels (Booking.com, Google, direct)
  • Make sure that the relevant department replies to guest reviews in a timely manner
  • Collect all guest feedback and report it to the relevant departments
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports (guest satisfaction, review score, weaknesses, etc.)
  • Find solutions to improve overall guest satisfaction and make sure they are implemented

What do we expect from you?

  • You are fluent in English (any additional languages are a big advantage)
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
