At Quentin Hotels, we strive to create extraordinary experiences for our guests. We're
currently seeking a motivated Reservations Agent to join our team and help us reach new
heights.
As a Reservations Agent, you (together with your team) will be responsible for 11 hotels
across Amsterdam, Berlin, Barcelona, and Prague.
What You'll Do
● Handle and confirm individual, group, and third party reservations with accuracy
● Process cancellation and modification requests
● Respond to emails and phone calls with professionalism
● Maximise sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction
● Coordinate with the Front Office to ensure a seamless guest experience
● Monitor availability, flag duplicates or errors, and manage special requests and VIP
notes
● Stay organised by managing daily reports, tasks, and files
● Support your team and the Front Office, stepping in when needed
What You Bring
● You are fluent in English and German
● Minimum of 1 year experience in Reservations or Front Office (hotel PMS knowledge
is a plus)
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Excellent attention to detail
● A can-do attitude and strong multitasking abilities
