Vacancy: Reservations Agent

Location: Htel Serviced Apartments, Amstelveen – Greater Amsterdam Area | 32–40 hours | Junior/Medior

Your role 
As a Reservations Agent at Htel Serviced Apartments, you are the link between inquiry and experience. You ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, so that for the guest, it simply feels effortless. 

You work closely with Sales and Guest Service Agents, maintaining overview in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. 

What you’ll do 

• Handle incoming reservation requests (individuals and groups)  

• Advise guests and partners on availability, options, and conditions  

• Prepare and follow up on quotations  

• Identify and act on upselling and upgrade opportunities  

• Monitor booking options and proactively follow up on inquiries  

• Process changes, cancellations, and overbookings  

• Ensure accurate and complete reservation administration  

• Prepare reports and overviews (occupancy, revenue, availability)  

• Coordinate with Sales and operations for smooth handovers  

• Work within pricing and reservation guidelines

You will work closely with colleagues from Sales and Guest Services and report to a functional manager.
