In this role, you will combine leadership, commercial insight, and hands-on expertise to ensure exceptional guest service while maximizing room revenue.
What you'll do
Lead, coach, and motivate the Reservations team to deliver outstanding service and commercial results | Oversee all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels with professionalism and accuracy | Drive upselling and cross-selling of rooms, packages, and experiences | Collaborate closely with different departments to create a personalized guest journey | Manage reservations in the PMS and ensure accurate administration and VIP handling | Contribute to strategic commercial goals, including occupancy, ADR, and revenue.
Who you are
Proven experience in reservations management within a luxury or high-end hospitality environment | Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team | Exceptional guest service mindset with attention to detail | Commercially aware and able to drive upselling and conversion | Excellent organizational and operational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency | Effective communicator in both Dutch and English, able to collaborate across departments | The ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.
