This is what the position entails..

It is an executive position, so you will be frequently present in the restaurant and kitchen. As a manager you coach, motivate, train and supervise the team. You share your knowledge in the field of hospitality and gastronomy with all colleagues. And you ensure that guests have an unforgettable experience in our restaurant.

You will work closely with the F&B team, reporting to the Operations Manager. As a restaurant manager, you will help think about developments in all areas of the department. With your input we will achieve our goals together and you will contribute to increasing the reputation of the restaurant within Amsterdam. Your opinion counts!

With your knowledge and experience you know what our guests like and appreciate. And besides the guests you also know how to reach every colleague with that.

This is our restaurant manager..

An experienced restaurant manager with at least 2 years of work experience in a managerial role within the higher end of the hospitality industry. Or perhaps you have worked as a supervisor/manager for years and just don’t get a chance to prove yourself. What you still enjoy most is working with your team on the floor making guests happy and making sure everything is taken care of. A coaching leader who tries to get the best out of the team every day, that’s you. You get energy from a dynamic environment and you can keep an overview. You have thorough knowledge of wine and products, and you know how to communicate this effectively in both Dutch and English.
